Warren officials test emergency locator device

WARREN — Mayor Carolann Garafola, Office of Emergency Management Coordinator Jane Asch and Chief of Police Russ Leffert met with two representatives from Emfinders of Frisco, Texas to observe a demonstration on a piece of equipment called EmSeeQ by Emfinders, a cell phone-activated device that is worn on the wrist of someone who may be elderly with dementia or a child with autism who cannot communicate.
